Buzz Bingo signs 10-year Guardian TITO agreement with RBW Systems

A new deal with the UK’s largest bingo operator continues the momentum behind Guardian’s reputation for reliability and long-term value. RBW Systems and Buzz Bingo have signed a decade long alignment which will deliver Guardian TITO across the entire Buzz estate.

RBW Systems has signed a new 10-year agreement with Buzz Bingo, the UK’s largest bingo operator, in a deal that will see Guardian manage the group’s nationwide estate. The partnership ensures secure, efficient, and modern venue operations across the network, underlining the confidence major operators continue to place in the Guardian platform.

The agreement, finalised in June, marked the start of a phased rollout of Guardian TITO across Buzz Bingo’s venues. The initial phase, covering 25 sites, has now been successfully completed. The rollout was noted for its smooth delivery and seamless integration, prompting Buzz Bingo to greenlight the commencement of phase two, which will see Guardian TITO operational across the entire estate by the middle of next year.

This next stage reflects both the strength and adaptability of the Guardian system. Designed to scale efficiently across estates of any size, Guardian has already proven its ability to perform in complex, high-volume environments. Buzz Bingo, recognised as one of the most technologically forward-thinking operators in the sector, identified Guardian as the best-in-class TITO solution capable of supporting its ongoing digital transformation and operational excellence.

Guardian is already established as a proven and trusted platform across more than 350 UK sites, serving operators in the land based gaming industry. The new deal with Buzz Bingo represents an important expansion for RBW Systems, extending Guardian’s footprint into the national bingo market. For RBW, the long-term agreement reflects not only confidence in the technology but also in the company’s reputation for reliability and responsive support.

Rob Wheeler, Managing Director at RBW Systems, said: “Securing a 10-year agreement with the UK’s largest bingo operator is a major endorsement of Guardian’s strength and RBW’s ability to deliver long-term value. This deal reflects the trust that operators place in our systems and the dedication of our team to supporting them over the long term.”

Mike Douglas, Head of Machine Product & Technical Development, said: “Guardian has consistently proven itself as a secure and reliable system. Extending our agreement with RBW over the next decade gives us the confidence to continue modernising our venues with the right technology partner by our side.”

For RBW Systems, the deal reinforces Guardian’s position as the trusted choice for national operators. It highlights the company’s continued growth in the bingo sector, while building on its established success in the land based market. The agreement also demonstrates the strength of RBW’s customer relationships, built through a focus on both technology and service excellence.

With more than 25 years of experience in gaming systems, RBW has built a strong reputation for secure, fraud-resistant transaction processing and responsive customer support. The Guardian platform now manages over £1 billion in processed transactions across its UK network, with a consistent track record of stability and reliability.

The new 10-year deal between Buzz Bingo and RBW Systems underlines a shared commitment to long-term innovation and operational efficiency, positioning Guardian as the system of choice for the next decade of bingo and gaming venue management.
