Coral Island in Blackpool is on the lookout for its next Captain Jack, inviting “energetic individuals and wannabe buccaneers” to step into the role helping create a memorable customer experience.
Applicants must be ready to bring “a sense of swashbuckling adventure to every visit” as a prominent representative of the landmark amusement arcade, and a key member of the guest welcome team.
“For almost 50 years, Coral Island has been an iconic part of the Golden Mile, welcoming families to experience the excitement of the seaside through its pirate-themed atmosphere, locally-sourced food and adrenaline-pumping arcade games,” said a spokesperson.
“With the season now in full swing, the amusement centre is searching for someone who can fully embody the spirit of the Captain and create unforgettable memories for visitors of all ages. The ideal candidate will be friendly and bursting with pirate personality, with the confidence to chat and interact with young buccaneers and their families.”
Speaking on the opportunity, MD Jeff McNamara said “a meeting with Jack is a key part of the stories our customers tell when they go home, so finding the perfect pirate for the job is vital to ensuring our guest experience remains second to none.”
