Club 3000 Bingo is to invest more than £3m in refurbishing its flagship Coatbridge club, marking a major milestone in the club’s continued commitment to delivering “an exceptional bingo and entertainment experience.”
Originally opened in October 2006, the Locks Street venue will be refitted with cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art facilities, creating a “modern leisure destination” when the project is completed in September.
“We are incredibly proud to be investing in our flagship Coatbridge club,” said owner Brian Fraser. “This venue has always held a special place in our history, and this refurbishment represents our commitment to its future.”
“We’re excited to bring a fresh, modern experience to our customers while continuing to provide the friendly, welcoming atmosphere they know and love. We can’t wait for everyone to see the transformation when it’s complete.”
The club will remain open and fully operational throughout the refurbishment period, with construction carefully planned to ensure customers can continue to enjoy bingo with minimal disruption.
The Coatbridge venue also holds a unique place in bingo history, having been the site of the record-breaking £1.2m National Bingo Game jackpot win in 2008, the largest jackpot ever awarded in the game.
