Game Nation, the progressive high street gaming operator, has deepened its customer engagement with the launch of a best-in-class Rewards app. Developed in partnership with Boomerang Digital the app is a full digital membership and engagement platform designed to enhance the customer experience providing a seamless, mobile-first way to interact.

The app functions as a digital membership card, enabling quick check-ins while recognising customer loyalty. It incorporates loyalty points and digital stamp cards that reward repeat visits and in app gameplay, with accumulated points and stamps redeemable for in-venue rewards.  

Users also benefit from targeted promotions and in-app offers, such as birthday rewards, first-visit bonuses, happy hour incentives and personalised vouchers. In addition, free-to-play games provide entertainment while offering opportunities to win appropriate rewards that can be used on future visits. 

For venues, the app serves as a powerful engagement and marketing platform. It enables targeted campaigns, allowing operators to deliver timed offers, promotions and content-rich push notifications designed to drive footfall. Managers can review visits and gain real-time and meaningful customer insights, leading to much more enhanced decision-making.
