Marston’s held its annual Year End Townhall last week, bringing staff together at the Pub Support Centre to “celebrate the incredible year we’ve had.”
Broadcast live to teams across the country, the event included a live pub panel discussion, an insight into plans for 2026, and the 2025 Values Heroes and Pubs of the Year awards.
“This was our chance to celebrate the incredible year we’ve had, share our ambitious investment plans for 2026, and recognise the people, partners and pubs who make Marston’s so special,” said a spokesperson.
“Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and online, and to all our teams for your hard work, passion and commitment this year. Together, we’re building a stronger, more resilient business that’s ready for the opportunities ahead.”
Marston’s reported record guest reputation scores this year, as well as “strong financial results,” with the company investing over £60m in its pubs, including the launch of 31 new pub formats.
