RBW Systems has confirmed that its Guardian Compliance system is rolling-out across Godden Gaming Organisation venues. The latest in a string of RBW installations follows a detailed trial that adds weight to Guardian Compliance’s status as one of the industry’s most modern and effective safer gambling solutions.
RBW Systems has reported that its latest deployment within the Godden Gaming Organisation is the culmination of an extensive early release trial made “straightforward by the group’s existing Guardian TITO infrastructure”.
The move, the company says, represents the next phase of the long-standing relationship between RBW and Godden Gaming, supporting the organisation’s focus on meeting future regulatory requirements with modern, scalable technology.
Godden Gaming has used Guardian TITO for many years, which allowed Guardian Compliance to be integrated quickly and without operational disruption. The statement confirmed the decision to roll out the system across the estate “reflects the continued confidence in RBW Systems as a trusted technology partner and aligns with shared priorities, including operational efficiency, safer gambling, and regulatory readiness”.
Guardian Compliance has been developed as the replacement solution for the current Bacta portal. During the trial period, Jeremy Godden, Managing Director of Godden Gaming Organisation, oversaw a detailed assessment of the system. Guardian Compliance passed every stage of the evaluation and provided a significantly enhanced technology platform compared with the existing solution. This, it was noted, reinforced not only the organisation’s trust in the system but also its wider credibility within the industry.
Rob Wheeler, Managing Director at RBW Systems, said: “Our relationship with the Godden Gaming Organisation has always been built on trust and a shared commitment to progressing the industry. The rollout of Guardian Compliance shows how modern, adaptable technology can support operators as regulation continues to evolve. We are proud to work with forward-thinking operators who recognise the need for robust and future-ready compliance tools.”
Jeremy Godden, Managing Director of Godden Gaming Organisation, added: “Guardian Compliance represents a clear step forward from the existing Bacta portal. It delivers the level of functionality, visibility, and ease of use that operators now need. This rollout reflects our commitment to customer protection and to setting high standards of compliance across the industry.”
The adoption of Guardian Compliance supports Godden Gaming’s focus on staying ahead of regulatory change through scalable and integrated systems. It also enhances safer gambling efforts by enabling more proactive monitoring and customer protection.
Key features of Guardian Compliance include real time AML and safer gambling alerts, semi automated Quarterly Returns submission, advanced customer risk assessment tools, and centralised compliance records that remove the need for spreadsheets or outdated portals. These capabilities provide operators with clearer oversight, reduced administrative workload, and a more consistent approach to compliance.
This current rollout marks another step in the long-term partnership between RBW Systems and Godden Gaming Organisation, driven by a shared focus on innovation and operational excellence. Guardian Compliance builds on the wider Guardian ecosystem, which now supports more than 350 UK sites across the land based gaming sector. RBW Systems provides a suite of integrated products including Guardian TITO, Guardian CMS, Guardian Mobile, and Guardian Compliance, all designed to give operators reliable and scalable systems for secure operational management.
