Boomerang Digital completes single platform technology transformation for Wilson Casino

Wilson Casino has streamlined operations across its Folkestone, Chatham and Worthing venues by adopting Boomerang Digital’s connected technology platform. The roll-out includes PayStation and Click systems, delivering efficient single-partner support, real-time machine intelligence and an improved customer journey.

Wilson Casino has become the latest operator to highlight the benefits of working with a single technology partner following the completion of Boomerang Digital installations at its venues in Folkestone, Chatham and Worthing.

Reflecting on the projects which have included Boomerang’s PayStation and Click solutions, company director Jack Wilson said: “There are significant practical benefits of working with a single tech partner. We have one main point of contact, one support route and a business that understands how all the different products fit together.

“This reduces the time spent coordinating multiple suppliers and avoids uncertainty over responsibility when assistance is needed. For an operator with several venues, I believe this is the most efficient approach, and one which provides greater consistency across the estate. Knowing that the technology is being supported by one trusted partner it means that we are able to concentrate on the main job which is to look after our customers.”

Outlining the full complement of solutions that have been put in place Iain Lunt, Boomerang Digital’s Director of Account Management said: “We have installed a comprehensive range of products covering machine management, payments, compliance, entertainment and customer communication.

“Individual solutions include Paystation, the arcade management system Click, Bingo Express Extra, SmartHub, Jigsaw and AdGo which delivers scheduled promotional and advertising content across digital displays. The overall benefit is a connected portfolio covering both the operational and customer-facing sides of the business.

“The installations at Folkestone, Chatham and Worthing demonstrate how a consistent technology platform can be introduced across multiple venues while still supporting the individual requirements of each site.”

Identifying PayStation and Click as being key features of Boomerang’s tech ecosystem Iain Lunt added: “The real strength of PayStation and Click is the way that they work together as an integrated solution.”

He continued: “PayStation provides customers with a quick, convenient and secure self-service experience. It reduces queues and reliance on staff for routine transactions while helping the operator improve cash control, reduce manual errors and maintain a clear audit trail.

“The PayStation range has been developed specifically for demanding gaming and leisure environments. It can support coins, notes, TITO tickets and electronic payment options, giving operators a robust and flexible platform that can evolve with their business.

“Click delivers the management intelligence behind the operation. Its real-time reporting provides operators such as Wilson Casino with immediate visibility of individual machine and whole-venue performance. This makes it easier to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, compare machines and make informed decisions about the gaming floor.

“There’s no doubt that PayStation and Click improve the customer journey, but also bring machine management, reporting and TITO functionality together, in the process removing the headache and uncertainty of working across multiple disconnected systems.”
