MERKUR UK has launched its new Compliance Platform which will be deployed across its estate to strengthen player protection undertakings. Developed with RBW Systems, the real-time tech tool aligns with Gambling Commission guidance, enabling venue staff to log customer interactions and enhance safer gambling oversight.
MERKUR UK has unveiled its second recent major investment in player protection and safer gambling with the launch of the bespoke MERKUR Compliance platform.
Developed in partnership with leading independent tech solutions provider RBW Systems, the platform is currently in 211 venues with roll-out set for completion across the MERKUR Slots estate in November.
The platform has been developed to completely align with the Gambling Commission’s customer interaction guidance providing escalation and oversight within a single platform. Providing venue teams with the latest smart technology tools in order to enhance player protection, the platform enables consumer-facing staff to create customer profiles including interactions, observations and details of any incidents, in the process ensuring real-time player protection.
